Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of is a film actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu cinema, along with some appearances in Malayalam. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of actor Savitri for Mahanati, a Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Additionally, she was awarded three SIIMA Awards as well as an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents include filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. In the early 2000s, she began as a young actress. After studying fashion design, she returned to film. She starred in her debut major role on screen in Geethaanjali (2013) which was which was a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and signed on to be a part of several Tamil films simultaneously. It it was A. L. Vijay together alongside Vikram, who released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. It didn't go very well, but it did release. The busy schedule she had throughout the year meant that she had to opt out of films which she had already started developing, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. As a result, she worked on two films, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo featuring Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played the role of Thodari in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film has been delayed in 2015, and there are reports that it would be released in September in 2020 under the name Janakitho Nenu. In the end, the film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja featuring actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay on screen in Bairavaa by Bharathan the film, which debuted on the 17th of January, 2017.
